Quality and Development
Our objective is to always guarantee the quality and freshness of the products which our customers take to their table.
This is only possible thanks to the high organizational and control standards. We have a Health Department, an Environment Quality Office, an internal Laboratory working in synergy both with the Research and Development department with that which is dedicated to production.
We follow a quality assurance manual based on the principles of Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points according to the HACCP method, and the application of SSOP procedures in accordance with provisions of EU regulations.
All production phases follow strict procedures: raw materials, packaging, auxiliary materials, structure and distribution ensure traceability of the product at all stages of the supply chain.
In addition to the mandatory procedures, Lepore Mare has acquired over time, optional certifications, such as IFS, ASC e MSC.
